Francesco is founder of Studio Landriscina in Brescia, Managing Partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of LSMA & Partners.

He holds positions of board of statutory auditor and administrator in several Italian companies, including listed ones.

Francesco has been supporting important industrial companies for over 35 years in various sectors such as banking, food, manufacturing, steel industry, logistics, infrastructure and renewable energy.

During his career he has specialized in consulting and assistance in corporate tax, corporate law and corporate finance for corporate groups, banks, non-profit organizations and private individuals.

His areas of activity range from advice and assistance in Italian corporate law and taxation matters of the extraordinary transactions, M&A and corporate finance up to the asset reorganisation and generational transitions.

Diploma in Corporate Finance, Lombardy School of High Education
Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor
